On 7/19/25 at approximately 1250 hours a Tow Truck driver responded to tow a vehicle near American Avenue and Wilson Avenue. As he was loading the vehicle, three male subjects arrived in a silver two door Mercedes CA LP:8YLY814. One of the males was attempting to steal the tow truck, and also stole several items from within the tow truck. When the victim approached his tow truck, the subject struck him multiple times and a second unidentified subject also hit him from behind resulting in injuries to the victim. A third unidentified subject was the driver of the Mercedes which ultimately fled towards Northgate Blvd. Total value of the items taken was approximately $9,150.00.
