Unsure if the vehicle ran as the steering wheel was missing before the theft and there was no key. Vehicle stolen from 3217 Pamela Dr. between 8/31/25-9/4/25. The registered owner, Arthur Rowe, is deceased. The niece and nephew have been watching over the property. On 8/31/25, the Sacramento Police Department was called out to the property due to unknown persons entering the home and garage. At that time the vehicle was still there. On 9/4/25, the nephew returned and noticed the garage open and vehicle was gone. Wanted as of 09/10/2025

Male Black Adult, approximately 50 years old, 5'7" tall, gray facial hair and lives in a tent near 12th Street and North A. Rides a lime green bicycle, green bucket hat and a red lanyard around his neck. Subject #2- Alias "KD", Male Black Adult, appears to be in mid 30's, and lives under the I Street Bridge near Interstate 5, wearing a unique black backpack with white writing down the side. On June 11, 2025, an elderly woman was scammed while using an ATM at a bank in downtown Davis. After completing her transaction, she was approached by a man who is believed to have been pretending to wait in line. The man called her back to the ATM, claiming she had not finished her transaction, and offered to help. After observing her enter her PIN, he secretly took her ATM card and replaced it with another. Over the next two days, the suspect made several large withdrawals from the victim’s account.

The person pictured was present during a homicide on 7/18/25 and a witness to the homicide. He goes by the name "Kango" and is described as a tall MBA with long dreadlocks down to his waist. Kango is said to live in West Sacramento with his girlfriend, Amanda and they drive a light colored van. On Friday, July 25th, 2025, through July 27th, 2025, 8351 Luzon Avenue (CAL EPIC) was burglarized multiple times. The suspects in the photos made entry into the building through a back door. The suspects took over $4,000 worth of power tools.
