On May 28,2023, two suspects were hanging out around Gold Country Baptist Church in Shingle Springs. The victim, who works at the church, gave them a ride to the park and ride in Shingle Springs. After dropping them off, the victim found out that a wallet had been stolen from a purse that had been in the back seat of his vehicle.
Later in the day the victim received alerts regarding charges at Target in El Dorado Hills. Video surveillance from Target shows the female and male that matched description the victim gave to the subjects he gave a ride to. At Target, the suspects were with two juvenile children.
The female suspect is White, in her 30’s, heavy-set with red dyed hair on left side and blond on right side, The male suspect is White, in his 30’s, with dark brown frizzy hair and goatee and glasses
Suspects were associated to a dark SUV
Victim “purchased” a ’69 Chevy Chevelle that was listed online, only to find out it was a scam. After the victim wired $37k to Bank of America, the suspect went to various B of A banks in Florida withdrawing the money.
Between June 23 and June 30, he was in Hallandale, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, and North Miami, Florida.

The shop said seven people got through a locked door and immediately grabbed the motorcycles.
The thieves rolled the bikes out the front door and loaded them in a U-Haul truck parked outside.
On March 17, 2023, about 12:45 PM, suspects observed an elderly female shopping alone at the El Dorado Hills Nugget store and walked down the same aisle. They pretended to shop for items near the victim. Suspect 1 reached over the victim’s cart pretending to grab something from the shelf, but instead stole the victim’s wallet from her open purse that was in her shopping cart.
After stealing the wallet, the suspects used a stolen card at the Target in the same shopping center (Town Center).
Suspect 1 is a Black female adult with two long black braids. She was wearing a gray "Friends" sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and a blue face mask.
Suspect 2 is a Black female adult with a ponytail. She was wearing a black "Pink" zip-up sweatshirt, black pants, and a black face mask.
The suspects are associated with an unknown white SUV.
The individual in the photograph is suspected of using a stolen credit/debit card to make purchases on April 22, 2023. The cards were stolen from a car parked along the American River Parkway and used at several locations near the Folsom Outlets.
