On June 29, the woman in these pictures loaded up a cart with $1,600 worth of stuff at the Avon Park Walmart. That would normally be a pretty good thing for Walmart. It also wouldn't rate a post here, so you probably know what's coming next.
She skipped one very important step in the shopping process. You know, the part where you stop at the register and pay for all that stuff? Yeah, that part. Skipping it is frowned upon and gets you a free ride in a cop car to Sheriff Blackman's Bed & Breakfast.
When store employees stopped her outside the store and reminded her of that, she abandoned the cart and took off in a gray Toyota Camry.
If you can identify this woman (it looks like she may have a small tattoo on her right ankle), please contact Deputy Emily Beck at 863-402-7200 or email ebeck@highlandssheriff.org.
