Vehicle Burglaries, Tangerine Hills and Copper Ridge, Lakeland
September 09, 2019

Car burglars were out in the wee-hours of Friday morning (September 6th) in north Lakeland.

Some residents on Kaitlin Circle (in Tangerine Trails North) and Dunhill Circle (in Copper Ridge) discovered later in the morning that somebody burgled some autos during the dark hours.

As of this time, seven burglaries have been reported to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, and deputies began gathering information and evidence straight away.

Early reports are that a very little amount of property was taken.

Security video captured two suspects sneaking around and attempting (and failing) to get into a locked truck.

One of the suspects can be seen wearing what appears to be gloves and a medical mask.

Detectives continue checking neighborhoods to see if anyone else has available security video that might have also captured these rascals in action.
